The serving size for cereal is 3/4 of a cup. I eat nearly two cups at a time (with milk), so here's what percentages of the recommended daily allowances for this stuff...
sodium 28%
fiber 8%
vit A 30%
vit C 50%
calcium 50%
vit D 50%
thiamin 60%
riboflavin 70%
niacin 50%
vit B6 50%
vit B12 70%
folic acid 50%
phosphorus 30%
magnesium 12%
zinc 60%
Later, I had a Pop-tart. So that adds 8% sodium and 4% fiber. Also ten percent to each of vitamins A and B6, iron, nicacin, thiamin, riboflavin and folic acid.
A peanut butter sandwich gives me about half the vitamin E and niacin I need.
And they say I don't eat well...
