I won't give you the details on how to gut and skin a rabbit with out a knife or other tools, but I heard how.
Tarantulas are mostly meat, but you should cook them before eating.
If you're going to eat insects, remove the head, wings and legs first.
There is a lot of vitamin C in pine needles. You can get it by making tea with them.

All I remember is Manzanita berries and bark can be good for a number of ailments.
and don't drink the stream water unless you boil it.
I have seen rabbits killed...(sad) not by a car either.
