the rest of the weekend

I spent the afternoon in the vegetable garden. I didn't get vegetables planted this year, so it's just a weed patch. I wanted to turn the compost bin, and burn some sticks and papers. I also dug up a lot of weeds.

After supper, we went for a brisk walk at Lion's Den, and then watch the series (2) finale of Dr Who.

It was a good weekend.

LJ toys

I just found that you can filter which of your friends' entries appear on your friends page, by their tags. Go to http://www.livejournal.com/friends/edit.bml and click on "select tags" by a person's username. Then click on "modify entries feed".

I won't do this, since I don't care to filter out any of my friends' posts. I skim each one, at least, to make sure I'm not missing anything.
