I heartily agree, but my Grandfather was highly evolved and had serious doubts about the veracity of Carbon-14 dating. His doubts were founded partly in scientific skepticism, which has in part been validated. He also had a religious agenda/faith that wouldn't let him believe in it, but he did have an open mind. On the other hand there are many idiots out there who refuse to even consider the possibility that the Bible might be as flawed as the humans who wrote it down; even if it was divinely inspired. I think a lot of Chrisyian Republicans fall into the trap that if you question the Bible, you're an agent of Satan, or wrse, yet: a Democrat...
