Every person in the company was called to the cafeteria for a big surprise meeting. Well over 100 people. The seats at the tables were taken early, so there were groups of people around the perimeter of the room.

"Hey, you can't stand there! You're in our way!"
"You're too short."
"But we were here first."
"Sorry, there's nothing we can do."
"Get on your knees!"

Meanwhile...

The divisional president says, in a voice to get everyone's attention, "Good morning!"
the room quiets down and a shrill voice is heard... "get on your knees!"
