Aside from the insomnia and resulting internet time...
Went to one of the local video rental places last night, and discovered it was gone. Didn't have time to reach the only other local store, so went to Blockbuster. They didn't have either of my first two choices, so we ended up with Bubba Ho-Tep and The Incredibles. Bubba was... different. They list it as a comedy, but it's not a laugh-out-loud kind of thing. It has a mummy, but it can barely be considered horror. Maybe you should call it a cult-geek pic?
The forecast for today reads high of eighty. Tomorrow's reads "warmer, with a high of 80." Current temp is 87°. ???
We have a party to go to tonight. I hope I can stay awake for it. I only got five hours of sleep last night. A friend from work is having a "summer party." And it's also for his promotion. He started in the shipping department over ten years ago, working with me. He moved up to head of customer service, and now, two promotions later, he's moving to Corporate for some big special project. I'm sure he won't be stopping there for more than a couple of years.
Nothing else on the agenda for the weekend. Yard work, of course. Hopefully I can get those cable/network/phone outlets put in the office.
