picture problems

I've posted some links to photos on my Geocities pages. I posted the links instead of the actual picture here because they were not converted to a usable file size, adn would take forever to download. And I figured some people might not be interested in looking.

But some people can see them, and some can't. I can only see the ones that I have already viewed in this session online. I put up a link in a post at livejardin, and got two replies saying they couldn t view them, and then Estimated Muppet says she can see them.

Can anyone help me out here?

i've had weird problems with geocities also! for some reason the links to some pictures i've posted in LJ in the past.. one which i have listed in my memories.. suddenly stopped working. and then i typed in the address to where i uploaded the picture and it said the geocities page doesn't exist *boggle*

my suggestion is to get on some other site.. crosswinds maybe? there are a -TON- of free webpage places & tons of them that do not have the recognition as geocities - a little harder to use but with fewer restrictions..

or if you wanted you could buy one from aplus.net (where i bought zhattered.com & am soon going to buy blonnie.com ((& get rid of zhattered.com)) with your own domain name.. 35$'s startup & then 9.95 every month after :)

I posted some pics to my journal using photo.net (www.photo.net). Their gallery feature let's you upload pics to a personal portfolio. It's also a good site for lots of photography info.

Thanks, that's a cool site. I still haven't had a chance to shop around for a hosting site.
