We made an offer on a house yesterday. They accepted our offer tonight. If all else goes well, we'll be moving in in less than a month.

It's a fair sized ranch on nearly an acre.

I'm truly happy for you and Cyn. This is good news indeed. You've both worked so hard for this! Congratulations.

HOW WONDERFUL!!

An acre is a good size to start with when playing around with gardening.

Heh heh!

And the back side of the house faces south!

Those don't last long enough to need a holder. I just pick one off the grill when I pass by.

Johnsonvilles are my favorite. But Usingers are good too.

the prices just blow me away.......

That sounds like a lot. 4600 sq.ft. is a lot, as is five acres, but still... 3/4 mil?

that was the house to the east-northeast.....the other is 1.2 million, howevery, it's a custom log unit.....

regarding the prices.....property is spendy here....as big as alaska is, there's only 1% of the land in private ownership....that makes for a shortage of good land to live on.....

Hooray!! Isn't it great that you are moving in to a place that is in good shape. After all you work on the Concordia house, you deserve to just enjoy.

More to the point, we've still got a lot of work to do on my place. ;-)
