We met with the realtor tonight, and Cyn's house is on the market. No showings until saturday in order to give the boy a couple more days to clean.
No, it's not done yet. It makes me a little nervous that the basement wall isn't painted, but we had to disclose the (minor) water problems down there already. And there are a whole lot of other things that aren't done yet, but few of them are any big deal. We're still going to spend the next couple of weeks down there, finishing up these things. Even if it sells right away.

Date: 2004-07-29 07:06 am (UTC)From:i've had my place on the market for a couple of weeks now and the first prospective buyer was shown through before i had tidied up, which was a bit embarrassing. *blush* i though i would have enough time if i popped home for an early lunch, but the real estate agent beat me to it. i'm sure you're better prepared than i was.
