Cyn's mother said I looked tired. I am.

I was really hoping to have Cyn's house on the market by the middle of the week. It doesn't look like that will happen. Even if I get some help painting the basement. We're not sure yet. We'll have to see what it looks like on Wednesday. If it's not done, it gets put on hold after that until next week because there's this little party to plan.

The wedding celebration is well over 100 people, now. At first, it looked like we wouldn't get many more than 50 people, which was a little disappointing. Then we neared eighty, which was good. The latest count is 96 adults and 24 children.

Fortunately, the workload for the party is not excessive. I have to make reservations for a tent and such. Thursday we have to go shopping for food. Saturday, will be a long day. We have to pick up and set up the tent(s) and all the tables and chairs. And set up the refreshemtns. My mom, stepmom and sister, and a friend of Cyn's from work are making most of the food.

That's pretty much it for me. Not much time for anything else. My LJ times has been abbreviated. I haven't been reading most of your journals. I spent a few hours the other nights in the beta testing the FotoBilder thing, so that used up all my remaining allotment of leisure time. Not its best use, I think. Oh well.

Over the next few weeks, I hope things get back closer to normal.

It's what you felt like doing, so it was a good enough use, if not the best. Sometimes I kick myself for not making the most of my limited leisure time, but, hey, if it feels creative/challenging/relaxing/restful/lazy/ enough for me to give into it for a while, maybe it's just what I needed. At the moment I'm still procrastinating the heap of papers on my desk. On the other hand, I've nearly finished a whole lot of other stuff, so there. :P

Yeah, the testing was kind of fun, but I stayed up too late while doing it.

I stay up too late a lot, because it's my only chance to relax at all. 9:30-11:00pm simply isn't always enough, ya know? But I try to stop at 11 to avoid exhaustion. Balance, balance, balance.

I try to go to bed at 11:30. Usually it's after midnight.

Mom doesn't sasy things like that without meaning it. If she said it, it's time for you to seriously slow down.

i keep thinking
you should have had a "fix up the house" party!
i would've come PLUS it could have been a potluck!
...just lame ideas for a too-late situation~
sometimes i waste my leisure time
by sleeping~

crossing my fingers for your situation
and, more importantly to me, your health and well being~
