I just ate some Danish Shortbread Cookies. They were from Basil's Bavarian Bakery, and manufactured by Biscomerica.

I've recently bought Dutch cheese made in France and French beer made in Britain. Under European Union rules, olive oil labelled Italian, Greek and so on isn't necessarily made from olives grown in those countries but the olives were pressed there.

Did you know that Hamburgers don't usually come all the way from Hamburg, Chicken Kiev may not have been made in the Ukraine, and Spaghetti Bolognese doesn't have to come from Bologna? And as for Budweiser...

Mmmmm... multicultural cookies!

So... tell me, was the brittish-made french bier better than the french made version? I've never been impressed with French beer. French wine, yes, french beer? stick with the wine...

That's okay. We have a "Budweiser" here, but it's not real.

Bud. Bud in uhmerica is "budweiser" - that thin wattery sex-in-a-canoe beer. It is not real beer.

French beer is the same as almost all other pale lager-style beers - pleasant but unremarkable. You're right about American Budweiser being watery.
