long weekend

Spent sunday at Cyn's old place too. She washed off and out the cabinets to get them ready for painting. I did more miscellaneous tasks, including filling all the nail holes in the bathroom molding. I got doorknobs and figured out how I'm going to get them in the doors. And we bought a sink for the kitchen. A big white acrylic deal (about as cheap and durable as we couild manage).

Today, I first went to the Memorial Day parade. After lunch we're going to paint the upstairs apartment.

Edit: We got the ceilings painted (two coats).

I thought you were buying stainless steel. Too pricey?

We were going to get stainless steel because it was cheaper, but we decided that for only twenty dollars more, a white one would look so much nicer.
