Holy cow, what a storm! There were little branches all over the treets and a construction barricade blown over. And standing water out to the middle of streets. There was a semi blown over on the freeway.

I was at first made because if I'd left the house on time I would have beaten it to work, but then I realized I had a lot of flood contol to do at home. I had to put a bucket under where the leak is by the basement stairs, and pick the fan up off the floor in the basement where the water might pour in. And re-hook one of the downspouts outside.

My driveway was standing water and it's on an incline.

Edit: I heard Saukville, just north of here, had 100 mph winds.

Ugh, water in basements ... that's the worst.

I've got a low spot just outside one of the windows, and when the water gets high enough it drains through the window.

Damn, if it's not one thing it's another. Your lives just aren't getting any breaks lately!
