Interesting concept, and worth a try. Don't know how it will reduce crime, but I think it's a good idea anyways. Anything to get people reading!

A revolutionary idea! I forwarded this to my library's PR person - maybe we should partner with our light rail system? (Even though Silicon Valley has one of the best educated populace in the country, it couldn't hurt!)
