I heard there were wind chill and strong wind advisories out for last night and this morning. Out of the wind it wasn't too bad, last night. When I went out, the temperature was around 30°. I was surprised this morning when my car almost didn't start.

I checked the temperature just now, and it is still -4°.

The temps since last night were:
8:00 PM : 29°
9:00 : 26°
10:00 : 22°
11:00 : 17°
12:00 : 11°
1:00 AM : 7°
2:00 : 4°
3:00 : 2°
4:00 : 1°
5:00 : -1°
6:00 : -3°
7:00 : -4°
8:00 : -4°
9:00 : -5°
10:00 : -4°
11:00 : -4°
12:00 : -2°

Winds dropped to between 17 and 20 mph after midnight, and have been there ever since.

Do you have sort of logging device or are these manual observations?

Our local TV channel's weather page of their website lists them.

We basically get today's high and low temp, that's it. I suppose it's a tad more importatnt to track such freezing temperatures - or at least more fasinating!

I thought it was interesting how quickly it dropped and how the coldest time was after the sun came up (no clouds today).
