I might have tasted those. They used to have a Scandinavian Folk Fair in Racine--maybe they still do. There was a nice couple who came in at least once a year to get tax help and we came to know each other. They were two of the founders of the Fair and they invited me down. It was a nice time--and good food.
I was gunna say it's "apple slice" but someone already said that, so I'll just cut straight to the important information: Aebleskiver is served with glögg!
