Cyn and I went to see a house that is for sale.
It wa nice. Small, but nice. In our price range. Nice yard, with some extra community grass space. It meets our criteria with perfect adequacy.
Aside from it being adequate buut not great, we're not quite ready to buy. Gonna keep looking.
