My friend Bill is going in for surgery tomorrow morning, and I forgot to call him.
He's having part of his pallette (and some other parts, I think) removed. Sleep apnea treatment. It's not serious, as surgery goes, but it's still surgery, so it's serious. He was a little nervous. His wife didn't really want him to get the surgery. "What if something happens to you?" His respone? "How can I continue to live this way?"
He doesn't sleep at night. He works so hard. He is so stressed. He's depressed. I hope this surgery turns him around. I think it will.
