Thank you to you all for taking a stab at it. Since I never really said what I was up to, I certainly can't expect any of you to actually know. :-)

My toilet is (or was) in my kitchen. The tank was over by the sink, and the base was kind of in the middle of the room. I would like to have put it by the curb with the rest of the trash, but it works just barely well enough to keep. I might have said that I have another toilet in my basement, so if you said that, you get points too. The base is now back in place in the bathroom.

My bathtub has been in my kitchen, leaning against the wall since about day two. I probably should have broken it up instead of trying to save it, but I want to use it at Cindy's place. It's home until then will be the sunporch, to start with, and eventually the garage.

The sink has been in the sunporch since day one, I think. I have no sink at all in my basement.

My shower doesn't really exist. I've been taking showers at my mom's, so I'll give you points for that, even though it isn't really mine. The plumbing is in place in the bathroom. The base is in the kitchen, leaning against the counter. The wall board is in the sunporch, and the tile is at the store.

I once spoke about my bathroom sink to a man in a plumbing shop. He was very put out, and told me that sinks are found in kitchens whereas bathrooms have basins.

I still call the bathroom one a sink, though.

Okay, I can see where someone would point out the difference (if such a difference really exists), but to get all upset about it?
