At 1:50, I asked Dean when the meeting was. He said it was at 2:00, and that it was no big deal if I didn't make it. I told him I'd be there.
Just now I looked at my clock, and it says 2:59. I only now realized I didn't make the meeting.
My memory is really bad. "Out of sight, out of mind" is my motto (only because I can't remember my other ones). I was supposed to take a disk to the scout meeting last night, for Mark. I set it on my kitchen table, so I wouldn't forget it. When it was time to go, it was covered by something else, so I didn't see it, and forgot it. And I had to go back home to get something else I had forgotten, and still didn't remember it. I'd forget my legs if I could leave without them.
