There is only one cast iron building in Milwaukee (that I know of). This page says there is a similar one in New York City, but there is also one at the bottom of Lake Michigan, since the ship sank that was bringing the first one to Milwaukee.

Nope. That one is called that because of its resemblance to an iron (the home appliance). There are quite a few other cast iron buildings in NYC, though.
