Okay, so you go to jail. While you're there you violate your no contact order. The DA decides not to prosecute you for that. Then whomever it is who decides when you get out of jail, lets you go at the earliest possible date. That makes sense, right? I mean, it's not like you ever seriously injured anyone.

Does the no-contact order include telephone calls? Otherwise I can't figure how you would violate it while in jail.

Yes, it was telephone calls.

But aside from that, the person in question was allowed out to go to work.

for any evaluation, one need to know why the person in question went to jail in the first place......

and even a phone call, performed with malice, can cause serious injury.......no visible bruises, but injury that may never heal.......

She broke the law. It was in direct relation to the crime for which she was serving the time. She got out earlier instead of later. She got out at the earliest possible date.
