Someone said, "Saddam has got to go. Everyone knows he's ammassing weapons of mass destruction. He's just stupid enough to use them. He's a loose cannon."

I have two questions.

1. Can we accomplish this without putting ourselves in worse danger, or starting another world war?

2. Do we really need to?

pakistan is a "radical muslim" country and already has nukes pointed at one of our allies, that it developed with black market materials. why not nail them? hell, we might get lucky and kill bin laden.

Not if you listen to Scott Ritter we don't. Former UN head weapons inspector in Iraq. He has repeatedly testified in front of -and acted as part of- recent congressional committees. He has said on CSPAN that as of right now he is not aware of any of the items used to create 'weapons of mass destruction' being sold to the Iraqis. He has said that the Israelis, who track weapons sales of that type and all of the companies that he knows of that deal in the components of such weaponry, to his knowledge have not made such sales to Iraq. He has gone on to say that if the Bush administration HAS such evidence, it needs to be put down on the table immediately for public view.
