I'll assume golden birthday means your age in years equals the day of the month you were born on, rather than celebrating that birthday on that day of the month.
Not only that, nowdays the hospitals won't let you register your baby as being born on the 29th.
Well I'm as old as you can be for a golden birthday. I'd never really heard it called that before either. Just thought it was interesting that I was 31 on the 31st.
