My boss doesn't care what hours I work, as long as it is somewhat regular, and get eight hours a day and forty hours a week. If I work eight hours, that's what I put on my time card. Even if I come in later than my usual start time of 8:30. Or leave early and make it up another day.
I imagine there are people who saw me on the list, and are a little disgruntled about it, since not everyone has the freedom I do.
