A year ago, I predicted that this would be my best year ever. Despite the deaths of three thousand people in an attack on our soil, I think it was. Of course, I am fortunate not to have lost any friends or family in those attacks.
I don't think my prediction was a long shot, given that I had just met Cindy. I have been very happy this year. I look forward to more of the same, but hopefully without that September stress.
I think my 2002 will be about my wondering what is in store for the future. I like to have plans, but plans don't really seem to be forthcoming anymore. Not that I'm worried about the future; it's just a little unease for the moment.
I'm sure that my 2002 will be good. I hope yours is too.
