Cyn and I went to my dad's for the family get-together. It was fun.
There were ten of us, not counting the five kids. Me, Cyn, my dad, stepmom, sister, brother-in-law, stepbrother, his girlfriend, two stepsisters, and a stepbrother-in-law.
Lots of snacks, dinner, some drinks. Screaming and running kids. Then opening presents. Screaming and running kids. Screaming and running kids. It was a good time.
I got a biography of Edward Gorey, and a picnic backpack with two place settings and a place for a bottle of wine. And a bottle of wine. and Cindy got four bottles of wine from Cedar Creek Winery. Good stuff. I gave my dad and step mom a framed picture of mine. I was supposed to give them two, but after three tries, I haven't been able to get a good enlargement of the cross.
Anyway, I enjoyed the evening. I was glad to spend it with Cindy.
