pictures

I've got two pictures that I'd like to put in so you can see what I look like. I always feel so left out when I'm at post that has twenty replies and I'm the only one without a picture. Anyway, I can't put either of them up. One of them is not of the appropriate file type, and the other is too big, and I can't adjust it because I don't have the appropriate program to mess with jpegs or gifs.
