Okay. I've been spending too much time at LJ. I just dropped a few people that I haven't really had any personal kind of contact with. Aside from that, there was nothing personal about my decision to drop anyone. And I don't really do very many friends only posts, anyway.
Actually, I've gone back a few times when I've tried to remember some events.
The most recent was when the Manager of my apartment building asked a bunch of us to write formal complaints about a noisy neighbor. I was able to pull the exact dates out, and use them :)
I like reading my old journal entries. I do it all the time. Then again, this is a perfect example of what single, only-children do to amuse themselves with an attempt at conversation from time to time.
huh. i do it all the time~ it's good for me~ i like it~ i am going through a phase where i say short weird things~ i used to reserve those for comments! freekee, dude, it's a JOURnal! *mwa*
Yes, I go back and read old entries from time to time. It makes me happy, makes me laugh, reminds me of special events and shows me exactly what my mind set was then. I can also read the words of friends who have left this community. It's interesting to look at conversations I had with some friends when we first met and see how our relationship has changed over the past few months.
Once or twice a year.
