Oh, I know who that face reminds me of - the lead singer and founder of Tempest, the Celtic rock band for whom I'm practically a groupie!

you know, the only two cds i could find by them were pretty old. do they have anything new?

Oops, sorry, nearly missed this post. Hm, I think I heard something about a new CD coming out, but I'll have to double check on that. Meanwhile, I think their best is their 10th Anniversary compilation, which was, um, 2-3 years ago? I saw them performing that stuff live at the time and saw them once since then. Two of them (Leif and the talented fiddler) also perform as a duo called Caliban, which is less rock and more Celtic. I really should see them some time, as they perform regularly at a local club. Anyway, I do hope you check them out, if for nothing other than than Leif's self-designed double-necked electric mandolin. :)

Freekee brought a whole pocketful of pictures over to my house to be scanned, but my scanner crapped out after this one. There are photos of him sitting on a fence that look exactly like him. I couldn't take my eyes off one in particular. This one is very nice, although he doesn't have the same glasses....but it's not exactly the guy I'm familiar with :) He's going to try to scan the others at work. Stay tuned!
