Gas is $1.67 here, and $1.54 in the city. Why?

As low as $1.49 at two gas stations near my house. 18 cents cheaper than near you...doesn't make any sense.

WOW!

California is cheaper?
I just paid $1.43 at Costco.
They have the best gas at the lowest prices....

I think out state, local and fed taxes total up to .45ยข a gallon.

We are paying around $4.50 a gallon. Phew, I'm emigrating:) but to make a comparison I suppose the cost of living difference would have to be calculated, no easy task. We have a few pence difference between city and rural stations. I can't see a real good reason for it to be more expensive in the cities. I suspect its because they can :)
