City of Festivals

We have a festival of some kind pretty much every weekend. Usually an ethnic festival. Festa Italiana, Germanfest, Mexican Fiesta, etc.

This week weekend was Arabian Fest. Good timing, huh? Cancelled. I would have gone. I would have liked to've stood outside and argued with the protesters.

I'm sorry to say it might not have been safe.

I'm going to call my favorite restaurant, Afghani House, to see if they're open. If they are, I'd like to go, although it might not be a safe place either right now. I'd go if I was alone, but not with The Kid. *sigh*
