I seldom have plans thwarted. I change or abandon plans, but that's by choice. I almost never have to deal with failed plans.

I've just recently noticed that I have plans all the time, but the things those plans are *for* only last a little while. And while they're happening, I'm not thinking how great it is that my plans worked. So I spend all that time planning, but little time appreciating that the plans were worth it. So it seems like a lot of effort with little payoff.

you're just living, hon.
we don't often appreciate that things go smoothly,
we notice when they do not. just be grateful overall~ that oughtta cover it!

life is what happens
while we're busy making other plans

our office manager is a planner-type......i think she enjoys the planning part more than the activity..........she plans vacations meticulously........if a plane ends up being late, she has to scramble to get back on schedule.....my personal belief, is that the words vacation and schedule should never be used in the same sentence.....

i think there has to be some impulsiveness to make fun things fun......however, when there are contingencies, one must remember the 6 p's........Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance......safety is a huge issue.....as long as everyone is safe on an activity, it should be fun.......
