business trip
Jun. 7th, 2016 11:41 pmSunday night the boss and I drove to Minneapolis. He drove for the first two hours, and we talked off and on. Which was fine. Then I drove and he studied for his motorcycle test on his phone for the rest of the way, so that was fine too.
Training was difficult. I was having trouble making sense of things. I just felt foggy. I felt like the dumbest person in the class.
Then I went liquor shopping. I got sorta lost. My phone was dying, so I couldn't use the GPS, and I kept forgetting the highways I was supposed to be looking for. I wasted about half an hour trying to get there. And then I was kinda foggy in trying to figure out what to buy. I made an adequate pick.
I met my friend Phil after that. It was good catching up with him. It's been a while.
Today's training session was better.
The ride home was good. Traffic was very light. The weather was good. Conversation was fine.
