Jun. 4th, 2012 11:44 pmSaturday, I went to the Milwaukee Highland Games. I volunteered for three hours at the gate, selling entries. That was about half my time there.
Sunday, I worked in the garden for a bit, then had gaming.
Today, I took off work and finished digging the vegetable garden.
Tomorrow, I will plant it.
I also contracted with someone to redo the chimney. It's not in great condition. Bricks are coming apart, mortar is falling out. This costs a couple grand. And their quote was about $1000 cheaper than the other estimate. Then we have to have the roof done. I haven't gotten the quote on that. I kinda hate to pay someone else to do it, since roofing is in my (and Cyn's) skill set, but we just don't have the time.
