almost summer
Mar. 6th, 2012 11:59 pmWe finally had some winter weather for a couple of days. It was really nice. We had a few inches of snow, and the trees were covered with it - it was really beautiful. Yesterday the temperature was in the upper twenties, and it was calm. Perfect winter weather, if you ask me.
Today, it got up to 62°. A little weird, but I'm not going to complain. It felt like May. I was able to spend a few minutes out in it, this afternoon. Cindy and I went for a walk in town, tonight. It was still in the upper fifties, but that's a bit cool, for spending time out in it. And partway through our walk, the wind kicked up. By 10:00, the wind was really roaring. Okay, gusting to 30 mph, that's not that bad, but it sure is noisy.
