Now go up on your toes. Lift your heels up, about an inch or two off the ground. Your weight is on the balls of your feet, right? You're using your toes for balance.
Now do it again, but go up on your toes. Your heels *and* the balls of your feet up off the floor.
I can do this. I can't hold it long, but that's mostly because it's tough to balance. You can try it squatting, and use your hands for balance.
Cyn thinks I'm a freak because I have strong toes. I don't know why they would be strong, since I've never done any toe-strengthening exercises. So I'm wondering who else can do this. Anyone?
