flat tires
Jan. 6th, 2010 11:01 pmWe missed getting the garbage out last week. I guess we got confused about what day it was, because of the holidays. So tonight, to make it easier for Cyn to take the garbage out before she goes to work in the morning, I went out to the garage to round it all up - the recyclables were overflowing and scattered, and garbage bags were in various places.
When I was done, and heading back into the house, I happened to look down and see that Cyn's front tire was almost flat. The rim wasn't down to the floor, but the rubber was squishy under my fingers. It took me quite a while to get the compressor set up, and find the air nozzle, and then switch the fitting to the correct size, but I got them all pumped up. Both her front tires were so low as to not read on my gauge. I wonder how long they've been like that, or how long it would have taken someone to notice. Her back tires and all four of mine all read in the mid twenties.
So that all shot an hour.
