We missed getting the garbage out last week. I guess we got confused about what day it was, because of the holidays. So tonight, to make it easier for Cyn to take the garbage out before she goes to work in the morning, I went out to the garage to round it all up - the recyclables were overflowing and scattered, and garbage bags were in various places.

When I was done, and heading back into the house, I happened to look down and see that Cyn's front tire was almost flat. The rim wasn't down to the floor, but the rubber was squishy under my fingers. It took me quite a while to get the compressor set up, and find the air nozzle, and then switch the fitting to the correct size, but I got them all pumped up. Both her front tires were so low as to not read on my gauge. I wonder how long they've been like that, or how long it would have taken someone to notice. Her back tires and all four of mine all read in the mid twenties.

So that all shot an hour.

It's nice to be able to fill tires there at home, and good that you caught that. Soft tires can cause damage to the sidewalls, and many tire companies don't cover sidewall damage.

Good catch!

Yeah, all the tires were low (as they often get, in the winter, but those two were *really* low. We've got to keep any eye on them. I forgot to look last night, but since both front tires were similarly low, I'm guessing it's not a puncture.

I'm afraid I'm guilty of never even looking at the tires on our cars. Manolo is a lot better at that.
:P
Our compressor died a while back. We need a new one.

THANK YOU! I thought my car felt a little different while driving yesterday.

I love our air compressor.
