"... the threat of attachment or other judicial process against [Iraqi petroleum] obstructs the orderly reconstruction of Iraq [etc.]. This situation constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat."
Any lawsuit brought against any company with any dealings in Iraq?
Any thoughts?
