family story

One of my grandma's brothers was killed by a train, when he was in his twenties. A neighbor needed a ride into town to attend a funeral. He was waiting for her, and walking on the railroad tracks. He heard a freight train coming and stepped off of its track, into the path of a fast moving passenger train.

This has really been fun. I think I'll have to make this into a community.
Here are the sentences created. Some of them were at a point where they could be considered finished, but others weren't.

And for those of you who are wondering how this started...
At work, we have a white board on the wall. One day it was empty. I thought there should be something
on it, so I wrote "something" on it. A week later, Paul thought there should be something new
on the board, so he wrote "new" underneath "something." Pretty soon other people started
adding words, and the rest is history.
So you see, it all started with something...
