tentative plan

for fixing up Cyn's house for sale:
This summer and fall: fix up the yard and the garage
Next spring: redo the roof on the house and maybe garage
Next summer: hire someone to paint the fence, garage and house trim
Next fall: redo upstairs bedroom and add bathroom, then the downstairs bathroom close after. Then the other two bedrooms and the kitchen in succession.
Spring '04: Paint living room and hallways.
