weekend weather

The weather was great this weekend. After several weeks of hot, humid weather, and little rain, we finally got some rain (storms) and it cooled off a bit. It is back down to the eighties now. Thursday and Friday were cool enough for a jacket. Saturday and Sunday were comfortable in the shade but warm in the sun. I hardly saw a cloud the whole time. I drove through a storm on the way up to camp, but I didn't see rain again until last night. The night sky was beautiful. We were far enough from civilization that we could see the Milky Way. I haven't seen that in a few years. I wish I would have stayed out there long enough to see some meteors.
