Thats sounds like BS...
I was harrassed at work and thought that was part of what happens when you work with a bunch of guys so I kept my mouth shut...It was not until they claimed that I was having an affair with my boss....That is when I spoke up....
Its an ugly thing....
It would be nice to be able to go to work and have no worries.

yeah, but you know what? it wasn't a bunch of guys at work ganging up on a girl employee. that place is 99.999% female, and our boss is not at all manly and threatening. my point is that she honestly did this to make him go away because she did not like him,and i know this because i do know several people who are friends with her outside of work. it just isn't fair to use a very serious accusation in this way. and i don't know what i can do to help. it's very frustrating.

I don't get why someone would try to get someone fired just because they don't like him, let alone do it in such a way that his entire career and personal reputation is ruined.

Is there a way that you can let the company know that she has done this on purpose?
