Wednesday, I went to Chicago for a concert. Left work just before 4:00 and met a couple of friends for the drive. It was Puscifer, Primus and A Perfect Circle at an arena I'd never been to. Had only minor difficulty getting there, mostly with trying to find food. Post-pandemic traffic wasn't a problem. Good show, and a long one. Got home a little before 1:00.
Had a 7am meeting the next morning. I don't do mornings, and that's before my alarm goes off, so it was awesome that the meeting turned up on a day I was up late the night before. I got up about ten minutes beforehand. I never have 7am meetings, and this was the first of a biweekly series. I hope I never have to actually say anything at these meetings, or even think. I took a bit of a nap midmorning.
Then I went into the office, because I had volunteered to join my coworkers at Hunger Task Force in the afternoon. We filled boxes with food items. It was kinda fun. I worked up a sweat. Sixteen of us did ten pallets of boxes, packed carefully.
Nothing too exciting on Friday, but tulips and irises are blooming so I was taking photos of petals.
Saturday was cleaning, to get the house in shape for Cindy's birthday party. Sunday was more of that, plus the party.

Of the three, I'm the least familiar with A Perfect Circle, so enjoyed them a bit less. The audience was really into them, of course. When I'm listening to the songs or watching the videos, I really enjoy them, but I just wasn't getting into them at the show.
