There were two main exhibits, Gego, or Gertrud Goldschmidt, and Sarah Sze.

Gego's work was very geometric, for the most part. Her earlier work was 3d, and her later work was 2d.

Sarah Sze's work was... kind of a mess. It was mostly assemblages of... stuff.

In this one, you can see lots of plants, boxes and torn paper. There were fans and projectors. Office supplies and furniture. In the main gallery, they were all backed up by works on the walls. Looking at my photos, I wish I had paid more attention to that part.

This one stood by itself in a gallery off the top floor. I liked this one a little more than the rest. It was somehow more intriguing in the dark, and there were several projectors mounted on it, that spun, so the lights on the wall were always traveling.

But overall, I liked the building more than the art within.
Before the Gugg, I stopped at The Met. There was an exhibition of Van Gogh, so I saw it. It was all about his cypresses. "Starry Night" was there, yes. But the place was a little crowded.
