still sick

I'm feeling marginally better today. My throat doesn't hurt as much. I'm still weak. Sinuses are a bit stopped up. Head and ears still achy. This thing started on Saturday night, so I assume I'll be well enough to get back to work by Monday, but it doesn't feel like I'm making very much progress at the moment.

Yesterday I actually went outside. I filled the birdfeeders and got the mail. I'm glad I did that yesterday, since the weather is so nasty today. Windy and raining, and the temp just above freezing. It doesn't get much worse than that.

It's a hell of a thing. I had it last January and it was very tiring. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Thanks. It usually lasts a week, so I've got my fingers crossed that I'll be back to work on Monday.
