We lost internet for a while tonight. This was not long before we had a meeting to attend on Zoom. Spent nearly half an hour troubleshooting, then finally got tech support from our provider. The guy checked a lot of things, and made suggestions on hooking cables up differently, but I don't think he actually did anything. He was like, "OK, now I can see your IP address." Eventually it started working again, and we were able to watch the important part of the meeting.
I have no idea what the problem is, so it will probably happen again.
