catching up

Doug stopped by. We went out to eat. It was good to be able to catch up with him. I haven't seen him in a month or so. He was around for a couple of hours. After he left, I talked on the phone with Michelle for an hour and a half. That was nice. I had to hang up with her slightly more abruptly than I'd have preferred because Bill came by. I haven't talked with him for a month or more. It was good to find out what's going on with him. (Like when he mentioned how crazy it has been with them buying this new house. "Oh. Yeah. I'm buying a duplex," he says.) We talked for nearly two hours. Then on Wednesday I'm meeting Drew. I haven't spent any time with him in several months.

I wonder if my horoscope says anything about renewing these acquaintances.
