I was sick on Sunday, a week ago. Got better over the next few days. Went gaming that wednesday. Just some residual sinus issues.
Went back to work on Thursday. Not real exciting. Took a half day to pick up my mom from the airport. She went to visit her Nephew in south Florida. Her 2-1/2 hour flight was 2-1/2 hours late. I spent an extra hour in the airport, just waiting for her to show up. Then there was an issue with the baggage carousels. We didn't know they switched carousels for her flight until long after everyone else had picked up their luggage from it. I'm just glad nobody walked off with hers. Probably wasted another half hour there.
Did do much this weekend. No gaming today, on account of weather/football/kids. Made lasagna for supper.
Bracing for extreme cold tonight and tomorrow. Our high tomorrow will probably be below minus ten. That never happens. It's seldom that the daily high doesn't break zero. It's dropping below zero about now, and probably won't top that until sometime on Tuesday. If we're lucky. I'm not worried about getting out of the house tomorrow morning, but I'm a little worried my car won't start after work.
